Clean Your Whole House Naturally with 7 Ingredients

Ingredients

Tea Tree Oil

Vinegar

Borax or Baking Soda (you only need one)

Liquid Castile Soap

Lemon Juice

Water

Washing Soda


 


All Purpose Disinfectant Cleaner

  • 1 Part Vinegar
  • 1 Part Water
  • 5-6 drops Tea Tree Oil

Mix in a reusable (and recycled!) spray bottle, and use in the kitchen, bathroom or wherever!

Scrub Cleaner (for Tub, Toilet, Oven and hard-to-clean dishes)

  • Borax or Baking Soda

Sprinkle. Let it set for 20 minutes. Scrub. Use All Purpose Disinfectant Cleaner in addition for Tub and Toilet. 

Window Cleaner

  • 1 Part Water
  • 1 Part Vinegar

Mix in a reusable (and recycled!) spray bottle! (Or just use the All Purpose Disinfectant Spray.)

Laundry Detergent (Borrowed from here)

  • 2 Cups Water
  • ½ Cup Super Washing Soda
  • ½ Cup Baking Soda or Borax
  • ¾ Cup Castile Soap

Heat approx. 2 cups of water in a large pot on the stove. Add Super Washing Soda and stir. Add Baking Soda or Borax. Stir. Add Castile Soap. Stir. Fill 2 Gallon Jug with very warm water. Then, add the contents from the pot.  Stir again!

Dish Soap (Borrowed from here)

  • 1 ½ Cup Hot Water
  • ½ Cup Liquid Castile Soap
  • 1 TBSP Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Super Washing Soda
  • ⅛ TSP Tea Tree Oil (optional)

Add hot water to all other combined ingredients. Whisk together until completely blended. Let cool. Put in reusable (and recycled!) squeeze bottle.

Floor Wash

  • 1 Part Vinegar
  • 1 Part Hot Water

Mix and wash floor.
